Terms Of Service
General Provisions
This Agreement is entered into by and between the User (“User”) and the Platform (“Platform”) to define the rights, obligations, and behavioral standards associated with the User’s participation in promoting the credit-card-related service application (“the App”).
By participating in promotional activities, the User is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
Definitions
2.1 “The App”
Refers to a mobile application that provides services related to credit cards, including credit card payment, bill management, repayment reminders, and offer discovery.
2.2 “Promotion Activities”
Refer to lawful actions taken by the User to introduce, recommend, and facilitate the download and usage of the App.
2.3 “Promotional Earnings”
Refer to commissions or rewards granted by the Platform based on verified and valid promotional results.
Cooperation Model
The User shall promote the App using methods, links, promotional materials, and tools provided by the Platform.
The Platform shall collect, review, and verify promotional data and determine the User’s earnings.
Earnings and Settlement
4.1 Basis of Earnings
Earnings are calculated based on real and valid promotional results approved by the Platform.
4.2 Settlement Method
The Platform shall settle earnings according to publicly published rules and cycles.
4.3 Dispute Resolution
If the User disputes promotional data, a review request must be submitted within the designated time frame.
User Rights and Obligations
The User has the right to conduct lawful promotional activities and receive corresponding earnings.
The User shall comply with the Platform’s promotional guidelines and shall not abuse promotional tools or create false data.
The User is responsible for the safekeeping of account credentials, and any loss caused by mismanagement shall be borne by the User.
User Restrictions (Final Revised Version)
6.1 Authentic Promotion Requirement
The User must promote the App authentically and may not fabricate, manipulate, or falsify registration data or user behavior.
6.2 Prohibition of Improper Technical Methods
The User may not use mass devices, emulators, virtual numbers, or other abnormal means to generate fraudulent data or interfere with system operations.
6.3 Prohibition of Misleading Promotion
The User must not use false claims, exaggerated earnings, or concealed information to mislead others into downloading the App.
6.4 Prohibition of Rights Infringement
The User must not infringe upon the privacy, reputation, or legitimate rights of others, nor impersonate brand owners or official personnel.
6.5 Prohibition of Illegal or High-Risk Channels
Promotion is strictly prohibited in illegal or high-risk environments, including gambling groups, scam-related channels, or any platform forbidden by regulatory authorities.
6.6 Multiple Account Restriction
The User may not participate with multiple accounts or use device spoofing, network switching, or similar methods to bypass restrictions.
6.7 Authenticity Verification
The Platform reserves the right to review the authenticity of promotional activities and may freeze earnings or revoke eligibility if abnormalities are detected.
6.8 Handling of Illegal Conduct
If the User is suspected of illegal or non-compliant behavior, the Platform may suspend promotional eligibility, deduct abnormal earnings, and cooperate with regulatory authorities.
Platform Rights and Obligations
The Platform has the right to review promotional activities and data.
The Platform shall issue earnings to compliant Users.
The Platform may adjust promotional rules and must provide advance notice of such changes.
Legal Liability
The User shall bear all legal responsibilities arising from illegal or non-compliant activities.
The Platform shall not be liable for losses resulting from force majeure events.
Supplementary Provisions
The Platform reserves the right of final interpretation of this Agreement.
Continued use of promotional services constitutes acceptance of updated Agreement terms.
